Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has received a ten match ban for biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic.
Not much sympathy has been shown for the Uruguayan who in the past has been punished for diving, racism, more biting incidents and breaking the hearts of every football fan in Africa by cheating.
Other unsporting things he has done include kicking Scott Parker, Kicking Michal Dawson, Pulling Rafael’s hair and several handballs.
The only people defending Luis Suarez are Liverpool fans who are so blinded by their grovelling lust to keep the goal scorer at Anfeild they will let him do anything and of course ex-heavyweight boxer Mike Tyson.
There was not a man in the country who didn’t expect Mike Tyson to come along and give his opinion once the incident happened, as we all know he is avid fan of both premier league football and human flesh.
The ex-heavy weight boxing champion told the David Glenn radio show in America: “He (Suarez) bit someone, it happens. I am sure he will make amends with this guy. I made amends with Evander and we got on with our lives.”
Tyson started to follow Suarez on Twitter after he heard of the controversy surrounding the player. “I saw this guy (Suarez) on the Twitter thing and thought I would check it out and see what his journey was all about.”
Tyson has yet to voice his opinion on the ten match ban imposed by the FA, Liverpool players and fans alike disagree with the punishment. However punishments are often given as a deterrent, to stop a someone from breaking rules again, and if someone does break the rules again the punishment is harsher. That’s just how it works. As this is the fourth or fifth big incident that Lewis Suarez has been in he needs to think himself lucky not to be banned from the game all together.
